What is liquid chalk?

Simply put – liquid chalk is a liquid form of the traditional chalk that you are used to. It uses the exact same material which is magnesium bicarbonate. Some chalk block has used calcium bicarbonate but recently they’ve switched to magnesium bicarbonate.   3. Rub your hands together making sure to cover all the necessary regions. Make sure you get it where you grip the most, the lines of your palm and the place between your thumb and forefinger, really well.
  4. Keep your palms extended and wave them around for about 30 seconds to allow the liquid to dry. It will be ready when it has turned white.

Just like chalk block, make sure you reapply when it has worn off, which will be after a few sets depending on how much you sweat and how hard you are pushing yourself.
